Invicta Skarks aim to provide competitive sport for all members in a controlled and safe environment, whether you are a high flying athlete or a recreational member playing simply to keep fit. All club coaches in contact with children have been CRB checked and have undergone coach training with the English Korfball Association (EKA). Actual competitive matches are managed either by the Kent Korfball Association (KKA) or the EKA and are normally held on a Sunday. All KKA organised games are currently held either at Rainham or Snodland on Sunday afternoons. The korfball community is fun and friendly, and many people enjoy the pleasant social experience as much as the sport itself. For those wishing to play there is always a level at which they can be comfortable - whether playing for the competitive edge or just to kep fit and active. |
