The sport depends heavily upon referees and Invicta Sharks are pleased to have some of the best in Kent. To become a qualified korfball referee you must undertake an official theory and practical examination by an EKA examiner and undertake regular assessments to maintain refereeing skills at the highest level.

• Barry Dibble (nationally qualified level 1B, EKA Referee Assessor)
• Mick Medcraft (nationally qualified level 1C)
• Adam Dibble (nationally qualified level 1C)
• Dot MacAdam (locally qualified junior level)
• Jodie Dibble (locally qualified junior level)
